Site Meta-Pipeline

This pipeline's "source API" is this site's own database: once a day it takes a snapshot of every other pipeline's run history, recent data-quality failures, and admin activity — the same bronze → silver medallion pattern as Pipelines 1 and 2, applied to the site itself.

Why no fabricated deploy history

Deploy and build events only appear here once GitHub Actions actually reports one after a real deploy — a day with no deploy has no deploy event, not a placeholder. The daily analytics snapshot is the only event type that runs on a schedule.
